Final Pricing: The final price is fixed upon the signing of the service contract. Any requested changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed may result in additional charges via formal change orders.
Payment Terms: A deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required to schedule and commence work. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion and client approval of the project. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Service Terms
Timelines: While we strive to meet all estimated project timelines, dates are approximations and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Weather Delays: Exterior painting and power washing are highly dependent on weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services if environmental conditions are unsuitable or pose a risk to the quality of the finish.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work. Any issues with craftsmanship must be reported within 14 days of project completion. Our warranties cover peeling, blistering, and chipping resulting from defective workmanship.
6. Intellectual Property
